  • Larger Gatherings: For more than the duo of grandparents or other kin, consider securing a second session to accommodate everyone comfortably.
  • Exclusive Family Moments: Cousins and additional relatives should reserve separate slots to ensure a personalized experience.
  • Focus on Family: At present, we’re dedicating sessions to human family members only, so we’ll have to ask our furry friends to wait for another occasion.

  • Swift Delivery: Expect your gallery of digital photos to arrive within a 6-8 day timeframe after your session.
  • Postal Deadlines Reminder: For those sending holiday greetings, keep in mind Canada Post’s cut-off dates—December 17th for national delivery and December 20th for local.
  • Early Reservations Recommended: Secure your session early to ensure your photos are ready well ahead of these postal deadlines.

  • Deposit Policy: Your booking deposit is dedicated to reserving your spot and is non-refundable. However, we offer flexibility! If you need to cancel, do so with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice and your deposit will be honored for a future session.
  • Timeliness Reminder: To ensure a smooth schedule, we must adhere to our timing strictly. If a delay of 10 minutes or more occurs, we may have to cancel the session, and the deposit will be retained. Your punctuality helps us create the best experience for everyone!
